Boeing, with production facilities in Seattle, expressed support for the home team's Super Bowl effort by painting a 747-8 freighter in Seahawks colors. It will get the 'Hawks helmet logo and '12' will be painted on the tail in honor of the 12th man tradition at the Seahawks' CenturyLink Field (didn't they rip that off from Texas A&M?). According to The Wall Street Journal's Jon Ostrower, "Boeing is using a whitetail (former Atlas Air) 747-8F registered N770BA for the Seahawks billboard". Kind of amazing, considering they used the threat of moving the company to get leverage in labor negotiations.

Nobody in that whole situation wins, but this just looks disingenuous.

The Hawks have to pay a fee to T A&M as A&M has '12th man' trademarked, so yes they did steal it
